Executives International (EI) was started in 1971 by

Dr. Tom Payne, a former dentist who realized his earnings potential was limited by the number of patients he and his staff could see on a daily basis.

He was introduced to a different income model by a friend.  Reluctant at first (aren't we all?), he took the time to check it out (many don't).  After he met some of the leaders of the business network, he realized they all had one thing in common - a desire to be successful.  They were also willing to be leadable, teachable and coachable.  Men and women of all ages and backgrounds who simply had goals and dreams they were chasing.  Tom wanted to be able to provide for his family and enjoy traveling where and when he wanted - something his dental practice was not able to provide.

Fast forward to now, Tom retired from his dental practice at the ripe old age of 40 and has developed a network of entrepreneurs around the world.  We are blessed to be part of that network - and are mentored personally by him.  We're now paying it forward.

We are part of a team of business owners who are in business FOR ourselves, but not BY ourselves.  You've heard the phrase "All for one, and one for all."  But have you ever really experienced it?  Continue on.  You're about to experience it first hand.

Our purpose is to select individuals or couples who are a good fit for our coaching and mentoring program, then help them become Independent Business Owners.  There is a proven system to follow.  Once they make the commitment to start their own business, we "sponsor" them and help them work toward achieving THEIR goals and THEIR dreams.  Note:  we said THEIR goals and dreams, not ours.  Having a goal or dream is the first step in the process of achieving success.  Without it, there is no fuel to drive your business.

Next, we'll introduce you to both our Organization Support Team and our Corporate Support Team.  If you're like us, you'll want to see it visually.  It looks like this:
